I feel most confident when I’m in my worn gym shoes, dripping with sweat, out of breath and feel like I’ve outdone every one at the gym. I’m not there to burn calories or to look cute in my bikini, I’m there so people can say, “God, I wish I could run as fast as her” and “I wish I had that strength.” I go to prove to myself that I am that strong and I can do it.
So, this is the third week I’ve missed Fitspirational Sunday and posted it on Monday. I think I’m just going to change it to Fitspirational Monday. Sound good?

It seems Ashley is caught by the paparazzi leaving the gym every week. She has discussed how staying fit is important to her. She is a healthy size, and eats healthy.
