80 Calorie Pizza!

Healthy “fried” chicken poppers recipe

You’ll need:
-skinless, boneless chicken breast (110 calories)
-Trader Joes Whole Wheat Crackers (140 calories) [140 per 22 crackers] 
-Egg

Optional:
-Cayenne Pepper
-Seasoning of choice

Directions:
-Put a little olive oil in a pan and place the heat on low to warm it up
-Crush 22 crackers in bowl
-Crack egg in bowl and beat it
-Preheat oven to 300
-Cut chicken breast into desired sized poppers
-Dip poppers into the egg (just to coat it)
-Dip poppers into crushed crackers until covered to desired amount
-Turn pan heat up to medium
-Place poppers in pan, keep them in until golden on the outside
-Place poppers on a paper towel (to remove unwanted oil)
-Place poppers in a pan and place in over until poppers are cooked fully (5-10 minutes. Varies for each oven)

Depending on the size of the poppers, they will vary for each calorie amount.

Mine (see picture) are 20-28 calories each.
